Refund policy

At Pagal Mindset, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we offer clear guidelines on returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following circumstances, as per Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act:

• Damaged or defective products.

• Incorrect or incomplete product delivered (e.g., wrong item, missing parts).

Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for returns, in compliance with Rule 5(6) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

• Personalized or customized products.

• Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.

• Used, washed, or altered products, including any artificial earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Size-Related Returns

As per Section 2(47) (Unfair Trade Practices), we do not accept returns based on size complaints if the size was clearly mentioned on the product page. Customers are encouraged to check all measurements (e.g., dimensions of Jacket and Home Décor,etc.) before purchasing. However:

• If you believe the product size is different from what was described, we require photographic evidence (including an image with a measuring tape) showing the discrepancy.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form at https://www.pagalmindset.com/refund-policy /refund-policy. Ensure that all the requested details are clearly and accurately provided within 5 working days of product delivery.

Please note:

• Incomplete or incorrect details submitted in the form will result in the return request being rejected.

• If the correct details are provided after the 5-day period, the return request will not be considered.

Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 48 hours and arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back to us. As per Rule 4(9) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, return costs are borne by Utility Mall if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will process a full refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the customer’s preference.

As per Section 39, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approving the return request. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchange Policy

We prioritize exchanges for defective or incorrect products, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued as per the above policy.

7. Cancellation and Non-Delivery Refunds

You can cancel your order and request a refund if the product is not delivered within the estimated delivery time. As per Section 39, refunds for undelivered items will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation.

8. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of misconduct, including abusive language or behavior towards our staff, in line with Section 2(9) (Deficiency in Service) of the Consumer Protection Act.

• Please ensure all product descriptions, including size and features, are reviewed carefully before placing an order.

• Any return request that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above may be declined.
